outhern will be hosting a trip to Puerto Rico in June of 2026. The recruitment meeting will be October 10, 2024 @ 6:30pm at the High School in Room 209. Any staff and current 6-11th grade students are welcome to join us! On this trip, students will be experiencing a variety of fun activities:

- Walking tour of San Juan - Tour of El Yunque Rainforest

- Visit to El Morro - Puerto Rican dance lesson

- Cooking Class - Cabo Rojo salt flats and wildlife refuge

- Bioluminescent bay boat tour

- Snorkeling excursion

- Cave Spelunking

- Luquillo Beach
