Hello, Raider Nation!

I'm Chelesy Fralin, the Media Specialist at Southern Public Schools. I teach Digital Media and Southern Legend Yearbook at the high school level, along with Library and Keyboarding at the elementary level. I was born and raised in Beatrice, where I taught for eight years, and I still call it home. I’ve been happily married to my husband, Matt, for five years, and we have two wonderful children: Coraline, who’s 6, and Cooper, who was born in March 2023.

In our free time, we love racing, swimming, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. After graduating from Beatrice High School in 2006, I attended SCC-Beatrice, where I earned my associate’s degree. Later, I completed my bachelor’s degree at Peru State College and went on to UNK for my master’s in Instructional Technology.

I’m passionate about my work and thrilled to be part of the Raider community. I look forward to getting to know all of you better!
